The SL is considered the epitome of open-top sports cars and is a long-cherished dream for many. A dream which the first owner from the Teuteburg Forest fulfilled in February 1995 with this SL 280 of the 129 series. It was to be Almadin red metallic and the AMG optics package was to be on board, which at the time cost a proud 7,000 marks extra. The original vehicle invoice documents a proud purchase price of DM 138,341.78 in total.

The vehicle remained with its purchaser for over 18 years, who sold it in 2013 to Lingen in Emsland, 100 km away. In 2016, a businesswoman from Twist was taken with the vehicle, which she had already seen several times in the neighbouring community. The condition of the now 25 year old vehicle is wonderful.
