This wonderful 300 SL roadster from the early 1957 model year was delivered in the same year to its first owner in Minnesota USA. The vehicle remained in his possession for a total of 36 years until a gentleman from Texas was able to purchase the vehicle in 1993. Almost 10 years later the car was also sold to a gentleman from Texas before it was sold to Europe and extensively restored by a well-known German 300 SL specialist. At last the vehicle was in an exquisite vehicle collection in sunny Portugal, directly at the Algave, from which we could get this dream convertible in the fantastic colour combination silver-grey-metallic with dark blue leather.
