We are pleased to be able to offer you this very special Land Rover Defender. In addition to the Defender models 90, 110 and 130 (in terms of wheelbase in inches), the Defender 147 was also built in an exclusive small edition. The special Defender with 6 doors and space for up to seven people was primarily built for use on safari lodges and enabled guided tours through the bush with a guide and staff, including equipment. Only around 60 long-wheelbase vehicles were produced by Land Rover South Africa.

An outdoor camping fan saw this seven-seater as the ideal basis for a (large) family vehicle, which he had fitted with a roof tent and off-road caravan. The conversion to left-hand drive makes this already special Defender 147 unique. An extensive entertainment system and air conditioning ensure pleasant journeys, no matter how remote you are traveling.
