This Mercedes-Benz 250SL with original 5-speed gearbox is a rarity and an eye-catcher at the same time The car was finished in September 1967 and delivered to Sweden.
Its equipment was at the time with Power steering, 5-speed gearbox and 3rd seat to be described as lush. The elegant roadster was then owned by Jan Christer Thane, owner of a stucco and facade builder in Västeras / Central Sweden. He sold the car in the late 1990s to a well-known Mercedes expert in Stockholm.. In 2015 the car came to Rosier Classic-stars to Oldenburg. The car was very neat and offered an excellent substance for a quality restoration. The restoration lasted from 2015 to 2017.
The car was completely disassembled, and ribuilt. The engine has been revised as well as the axles before they were re-installed. High-quality saddlery work, which brought with it the renewal of the leather equipment, give the interior life of the Mercedes-Benz 250SL pagoda a unique charisma. The overall result is impressive and reflects the high craftsmanship of a professional restoration impressively.
